Mr. Jiang, a DBS Bank customer, utilized their PayNow service to transfer the funds to his newly created Revolut e-wallet. The transaction, according to the DBS PayNow page, was a success. Yet, the e-wallet remained empty, leaving Mr. Jiang perplexed and upset.
"I signed up for Revolut, attracted by its fee-free structure, but never anticipated such an issue on my first use," Mr. Jiang shared with Shin Min Daily News. He provided screenshots as evidence, but the e-wallet company's response was unsatisfactory.
"The money was clearly transferred. So, why does Revolut claim non-receipt? Is this system reliable?" Mr. Jiang questioned.
